I'm, Amanda!

I am honored to have you here.

I have always been drawn to healing work and have held different positions in the helping profession for nearly ten years. I hold a license in Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) in MA and RI. I also provide coaching and nervous system guidance to those outside of my licensed states, through my coaching business, Amanda Teixeira LLC. My passions are working with women in the transition to motherhood, people healing from trauma, reparenting, adjusting to life's circumstances and those are desiring to shift their patterns to live in alignment with their values.

I love to create community where people can connect authentically. I believe that when people share their stories and vulnerability, it can be medicine.

 

I specialize in using approaches that are client centered and consider the individuals nervous system. I value every person as their own expert, with the innate wisdom to heal and live a life that isn't dictated by their past wounds.
